What if my caregiver is sick?
This is another reason why hiring an agency is so important. We can supply another caregiver immediately to cover your needs.

What if I need to speak with someone after normal business hours?
We guarantee you will get a member of management 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Can I help choose the caregiver?
Yes. We invite our clients to participate in the selection of their personal caregiver. Whether you choose the caregiver or if we do, we guarantee that you are satisfied or we will make a change. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Who pays the caregiver?
We do. We bill you on a weekly basis for services rendered the previous week. You have no other responsibility.

Do you have a minimum number of hours of service?
We try to give our caregivers at least a 4 hour shift. Sometimes however,based upon your needs and location and our caregivers availability and location we can schedule less than 4 hours.

Is there a contract to sign?
We have an agreement that defines payment terms and rates. You can cancel our service at any time.

Does Medicare, Medicaid or any other government funding source cover homecare services?
Medicare does not cover non-medical homecare. Arizona State Medicaid (AHCCCS) can sometimes cover homecare but there are rules and restrictions as there are with the VA federally funded home-care program. There are asset and income qualifications.

What are my payment options?
Payment options include but are not limited to private/family pay, long term care policy, workmans compensation, auto insurance, and AHCCCS. We can help with any questions regarding insurance coverage.

Are your services available in hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities?
Yes, we can provide care to facility residents who want additional personalized assistance.

How do you select your caregivers?
Our caregivers have successfully completed a personal interview, reference and background checks, and are bonded and insured.

Can your caregivers assist with routine medical procedures?
No. Our caregivers are restricted to non-medical care only. Medication reminders are allowed.

Can your caregivers take me to doctors appointments?
Yes. They can transport you wherever you would like. Grocery shopping, errands, senior centers, etc. There is no charge if driving your car and a standard mileage rate if they drive their own.
